SmartLink - Terms of Use

Welcome to SmartLink! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SmartLink ("the App," "we," "us," "our"), including any content, functionality, and services offered.
By creating an account or using SmartLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SmartLink.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SmartLink. By using SmartLink, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use SmartLink. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to your SmartLink page. However, by uploading content, you grant SmartLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and host your content for the purpose of providing our services.
You are solely responsible for your content. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use SmartLink for any illegal purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise our systems or security.

  • Use SmartLink to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.

  • Impersonate another person or entity.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use SmartLink in a harmful or abusive manner.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SmartLink is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that SmartLink will always be secure, error-free, or operate without interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Third-Party Software Credit

SmartLink is built using and inspired by LinkStack, an open-source project licensed under the MIT License.
We sincerely thank the LinkStack developers for their work.
